L'Empire Mpemba, État souverain précolonial fondé en l'an 96 après Jésus-Christ par Sa Majesté le Roi Nsaku Ne Vunda, réaffirme solennellement sa souveraineté historique et son droit imprescriptible à l'autodétermination.

Par la voix du Centre de Formation et de Recherche pour le Développement (CFRD INTERNATIONAL), organisme accrédité avec statut consultatif spécial auprès de l'ECOSOC des Nations Unies depuis le 1ᵉʳ mai 2014, l'Empire Mpemba poursuit son plaidoyer pour la reconnaissance de son héritage juridique, politique et dynastique.

 

FONDEMENTS DE LA SOUVERAINETÉ MPEMBA :

· Le Code Juridique Mpemba, édicté en l'an 96 par Sa Majesté le Roi Nsaku Ne Vunda, constitue la base du droit impérial et de l'organisation étatique précoloniale.

· 72 Couronnes impériales se sont succédé de 96 à 1884-1885, incarnant la continuité dynastique et gouvernementale de l'Empire.

· 133 Traités précoloniaux signés entre 96 et 1885 attestent des relations diplomatiques et commerciales entre l'Empire Mpemba et d'autres entités souveraines.

· Les trois États impériaux – l'Empire Mpemba (fondé en 96), le Royaume Mpemba (fondé en 1300 par le Roi Mbata) et le Royaume Kongo (fondé en 1390 par le Roi Lukeni Lua Nimi) – forment l'architecture historique et politique de notre souveraineté.

 

CONTRE LA CONFÉRENCE DE BERLIN (1884-1885) :

 

L'Empire Mpemba rejette catégoriquement les décisions de la Conférence de Berlin, acte de gangstérisme international ayant entériné la spoliation arbitraire des territoires souverains précoloniaux. La démocratie imposée par les puissances coloniales n'a aucune légitimité face à la monarchie millénaire mpemba, forme de gouvernement originelle et légitime.

 

NOTRE ENGAGEMENT :

 

Nous œuvrons, par des voies pacifiques et diplomatiques, à la restitution de nos droits souverains et à la reconnaissance de notre existence précoloniale par les instances internationales, notamment via nos interventions régulières à l'ECOSOC.

TO ALL FREE NATIONS AND PEOPLES OF THE WORLD

 

The Mpemba Empire, a pre-colonial sovereign state founded in the year 96 AD by His Majesty King Nsaku Ne Vunda, solemnly reaffirms its historical sovereignty and inalienable right to self-determination.

Through the voice of the Center for Training and Research for Development (CFRD INTERNATIONAL), an organization granted special consultative status with the UN ECOSOC since May 1, 2014, the Mpemba Empire continues its advocacy for the recognition of its legal, political, and dynastic heritage.

 

FOUNDATIONS OF MPEMBA SOVEREIGNTY:

 

· The Mpemba Legal Code, enacted in the year 96 by His Majesty King Nsaku Ne Vunda, forms the basis of imperial law and pre-colonial state organization.

· 72 Imperial Crowns succeeded one another from 96 to 1884-1885, embodying the dynastic and governmental continuity of the Empire.

· 133 Pre-colonial treaties signed between 96 and 1885 attest to diplomatic and commercial relations between the Mpemba Empire and other sovereign entities.

· The three imperial states – the Mpemba Empire (founded in 96), the Mpemba Kingdom (founded in 1300 by King Mbata), and the Kongo Kingdom (founded in 1390 by King Lukeni Lua Nimi) – constitute the historical and political architecture of our sovereignty.

 

AGAINST THE BERLIN CONFERENCE (1884-1885):

 

The Mpemba Empire categorically rejects the decisions of the Berlin Conference, an act of international gangsterism that legitimized the arbitrary dispossession of pre-colonial sovereign territories. The democracy imposed by colonial powers holds no legitimacy against the millennia-old Mpemba monarchy, the original and legitimate form of government.

 

OUR COMMITMENT:

 

We work through peaceful and diplomatic channels for the restoration of our sovereign rights and the recognition of our pre-colonial existence by international bodies, notably through our regular interventions at the ECOSOC.
